Welcome to the El Amanecer Argentine Tango Club
So you want to learn Argentinian Tango? Tango is a fantastic dance and great fun to learn. You don't need any previous dance experience - in fact it's better if you have never danced a partner dance before!
If you come to El Amanecer, you will be taught by a highly experienced Tango dancer who's depth of knowledge and teaching skill will enable you to learn this fascinating dance correctly from your very first step. Mastering the basics is the key to progressing quickly to your first Milonga (a dance salon where people go to dance tango) and to dancing with a stranger - the ultimate Tango experience!
We run classes for Beginners and Experienced Dancers at three venues in Reading and also in the Pugin Rooms in Marlow. Click on any of the locations on the map on the right for more details.
Our Argentine Tango lessons are very friendly and relaxed and getting to grips with the basics is easy, so you will enjoy learning the essential skills.
You don't need a partner or to book in advance, just turn up at any time and we will be happy to help you take your first steps to mastering this most enjoyable of dances.
